Looking for an Interim HR Manager with Local Authority Experience.

I am currently looking for a HR Manager for a period of 3-6 months in a Hertfordshire based local authority whilst they recruit to a permanent post. The role will be hybrid (2-3 days in the office) and paying £180.00-£200.00 per day (umbrella rate).
Duties would include the day to day management of 2/3 HR Officers and 1 HR Administrator. Overseeing reports, dealing with Members (Councillors) and acting as an advisor to the Officers and Senior Management Team.
The client is looking for:
- Experience or knowledge of working for or with a Local Authority
- Experience or knowledge of the Green Book
- CIPD qualification
