Interim Head of People

I am currently recruiting a Head of People role for a multi-school trust in Kettering covering for a maternity leave.

Your will be a key player in supporting and giving advice on people management strategy, aligned to business goals. Some other key function include:

• Embed a people-centred approach to change management across the whole organisation.

• Ensure the delivery of effective professional HR advice and guidance to the organisation.

• Provide professional strategic and operational support as appropriate for the full employee lifecycle.
• Working closely internally with the Executive Directors; Deputy Directors; Senior Staff and Corporate Leads; all levels of Service Line Management; Finance; Payroll; as well as colleagues in all divisions to maintain a culture for work and study.

This role will be 6 months and will be paid around £45-50/h and in a hybrid approach. My client is looking for someone to start in March 2023.
