Interim DM Manager

I am working with a Local Authority in West Sussex who is looking to bring in a DM Manager that can hit the ground running with minimal supervision and take over responsibility of directly managing two team consisting of circa 15 DM and Enforcement Planners as a whole.

This role will overseeing the DM and Enforcement functions and directly line managing two Team Leaders, as well as focusing on mentoring and managing performance.

·At least 2 years of experience with managing within a LPA.
·Comfortable with managing a team that are dealing with a range of cases and applications.
·Access to own vehicle to travel to office when needed for 1-to-1 and committee meetings.

Working arrangements:

· This role can be done on a predominantly remote basis. However, 1 day every 2 weeks in the office/on site will likely be needed.

· Inside IR35.

· Full time (35 hrs per week) over 5 days or in a compressed week of 4.

The hourly rate is likely to range from £50p/h to £55p/h depending on your experience, but could potentially stretch to higher.
