A local authority in the North West is recruiting for a highly skilled Disposals Surveyor to help with their disposals pipeline.

The main purpose of this role is to generate income back into the council. The portfolio includes but is not limited to, residential land, office spaces, and industrial assets.

Located in the heart of the city center which provides easy transport to the office. The railway station is only a 5-minute walk away, but if you would prefer to drive, they offer free parking spaces.

You will be expected to attend the office once or twice a week depending on site visits and meetings.

Rates are negotiable.
