A local Authority in Kent is offering a hybrid working pattern, and a 6-month contract to manage the delivery of their town centre schemes.

The offices are located within walking distance of great transport links for the days you do have to go in and you can get there direct from London.

Kent town centres are having a HUGE regeneration drive with new homes, shops and leisure centres being implemented.

• You will ensure the schemes are delivered to cost, time, and quality and have a strong focus on delivering the scheme.co
• Ensure a successful procurement and delivery of the programme and collaborate with the architects, external consultants, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure this.
• You will make sure that all projects have appropriate business cases, defined scopes, and budgets.
