A Housing Association in East London is looking for an Interim Customer Services Manager to lead its multi-channel contact center. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering excellent service to residents and with a deep understanding of housing association operations and resident's unique needs.

This role will give you the chance to move into a permanent placement once your contract is over and grow within the organisation.
