Are you are Registered Valuer with past experience in the annual Asset Valuations for a Local Authority?

A local authority in the East Midlands is hiring a contractor to join their team as maternity cover for 6 months.

The main focus of this role will be completing the annual Asset Valuations for the council, managing a varied portfolio of assets, and ensuring everything is up to date on the systems.

This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from home 4 days a week.
