Interim Asset Manager - Hybrid East Midlands

Are you experienced in managing a large portfolio and coming up with new strategies?
Do you have experience in the public sector environment?
Yes, then I have the perfect opportunity for you.

A local authority is offering an Asset Manager, a temporary contract lasting 6 months with a likely extension.

You will be managing projects, and asset management activities, such as acquisitions and disposal of spaces and land, and identifying opportunities to increase value.

You will be required in the office once a week, and the rest will be done from the comfort of your own home.
