Interim Asset Manager West Midlands £45/50 (negotiable)

Are you experienced in managing a large portfolio and coming up with new strategies?

Do you have experience in the public sector environment?

Yes, then I have the perfect opportunity for you.

A local authority is offering an Asset Manager a temporary contract lasting 6 months with a likely extension.

You will be managing large-scale projects, asset management activities, such as acquisitions and disposal of spaces, and identifying opportunities to increase value.

You will be required in the office once a week and the rest will be done from the comfort of your own home.
