Independent Living Neighbourhood Coordinator

To act as PA Housing’s ambassador, building positive relationships with customers to ensure their homes and local communities are desirable places to live.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build strong links with customers within the Independent Living schemes and the wider communities within a designated Neighbourhood.
• To undertake quarterly monitoring reviews to ensure that the emergency alarm equipment in the scheme and individual flats is in good working order and follow up on issues as necessary.
• To work with the IL Home Moves Coordinator to ensure that vacant properties are re-let within target. Specifically carrying out viewings and suitability risk assessments.
• Ensure actions following Fire Risk Assessments are finished in a timely manner through to completion.
