HR Project Manager within Salary Benchmarking Needed

A client I am working with is seeking to address challenges within recruitment and retention.

This would be within the social care staff up to Team Manager roles.

A full risk assessment has been compiled detailing the vacancies and risks to operations.

The risk assessment identifies significant vacancies with an over-reliance on agency staff to cover them.

Here lies the issue.

The workforce development plan has identified the need to undertake a benchmarking exercise with other local authorities and the wider marker to assess the pay rates for staff in comparison to other local authorities.

It may come as no surprise that my client is seeking an experienced HR professional to undertake a full benchmarking exercise to review pay scales for social care staff.

The aim of the project will be to assess the suitability of staff pay scales, to review recruitment and retention policies and to provide recommendations which will support the development of a robust and sustainable social care workforce.

The role will be paid up to £40ph and will be mainly remote. When you are in the office, based in Woolwich, you will be there 1 - 2 days a week.
