Humans are complex and the management of them requires an understanding of all the moving parts they bring, especially to a workplace.

Stephenson MK Trust excel at addressing the intricate nature of their students. As a leading SEMH school, they understand complexity and that each child enrolled face challenges to engage with learning.

Working alongside the CFO, and lead by a CEO who specialises in SEMH pupils, you’ll understand the complexities of the schools’ environments to manage your staff and take the lead on bringing about organisational change.

You will be one of the key decision makers regarding professional development programs delivered to the 200 strong staff based on what you foresee to be the necessary and appropriate areas of training.

Through collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team, you will review the HR strategy and support the decided implementation of change. As the HR Manager, you will look to unite the staff cohort across all sites so that each school mirrors behaviour, procedures and policies.

Due to the nature of the school, it is of the upmost importance that you have a clear and concise understand all Safeguarding procedures. You will be across all the monitoring of protocols in line with the statutory and local requirements across all schools.

The staff at the Trust are a community, they are working with unique students and families. This will mean you will be required to understand and support the staff and make yourself the go-to confidant.

You will be joining a Trust that understands the complexities, values difference and leads through inclusions. Working to unify 200 people across the 3 sites, in a Term-Time plus considered contract and receiving Local Government Pension.
