HR Business Partner Needed

I am working with a client, desperate for experienced HRBPs. Here is the role:

- Senior HR Advisor role in Croydon working within a Local Authority Trust on a Hybrid basis. The role is for 3 months to start but could very well be extended. They are offering £27.00 - £29.00ph through an Umbrella company.

HR Advisor Responsibilities:

• Dealing with ER cases including sickness, absences, and grievances

• Being involved in the full employee life cycle

• Supporting the HR Lead officers within the HR housing team

• Advising managers on the correct guideline and policy procedures

• Ensuring more complex HR queries are escalated to management

• Providing information to staff on the HAs terms and conditions of service and issues

It will be massively beneficial to your application if you have Social Housing experience, as someone hitting the ground running is the dream in a contracting role.
