HR Business Partner

I am currently recruiting a HR BP for a Central London based Housing Association. It is a 3 months to start contract offering £25.00ph-£27.00ph umbrella rate and my client would like someone to start ASAP. Working arrangements will be hybrid, 2 days in the office.

It is a generalist BP role but your main responsibilities will be:

• managing ER cases on sickness absence, grievances
• coaching and supporting managers
• helping with finalising JDs and interviews in recruitment
