HR Advisor

We have an excellent opportunity for a committed HR Advisor to join an established, fast-paced department. The role will support all aspects of HR, undertaking duties across a wide range of activities with a particular focus on recruitment across the Senior and Prep School.

This is a generalist HR position which offers a great opportunity for anyone seeking to grow and expand their existing Human Resources knowledge. Ideally CIPD qualified, the successful applicant will be an experienced HR Professional with extensive recruitment experience, together with excellent communication and administrative skills. Sound working knowledge of current employment law and the ability to apply this through good influencing skills is essential.

This role will require some flexibility with hours in order to provide support on interview days. The role is paying £20-£25/h and it is 3 months to start.
