Do you have experience managing a Housing Options team remotely?
We are currently representing a Client within Oxfordshire who is currently looking to fill a temporary post for a Housing Options Team Leader.
The contract is an initial 2 month contract with the possibility of extension.
A successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience managing a Housing Options Team at a Senior or Team Leader level
- Has strong experience making S.184 decisions
- Has immense knowledge of the HRA 2017 and Housing Act 1996 and application through ; making Homelessness Assessments and Personal Housing Plans
- Able to work in office for the first week of the contract to familiarise yourself with the housing system
