With the new financial year, it is a new year for Local authorities that are now on a hunt to look for new strong candidates to help reduce their caseloads and help prevent clients becoming homeless.

This could be seen as a new start for you, and I do believe that I may have the right role for you to continue growing your knowledge of homelessness and gaining more experience within your current field.

On that note, I am actively looking for an officer who is currently looking for a new opportunity as a Housing Options Officer, dealing with cases from initial assessment to making S.184 decisions, understanding Priority needs and creating PHP plans.

The benefit of this position is that you will have the chance to both work from home as well as human interaction in the office; 1 week in the office and the following week working from home back-to-back.

If you have experience making decisions on varied/complex cases and can work fast to help reduce the caseload, then this is a no-brainer.
