On the look out for a part time Housing Options Officer to take on a 3 month contract.
Working 3 days a week, you will be required to go into the office. This will allow you to build relationships and work closely with your colleagues.
You will be required to:
- Issue decisions under section 184
- Prevent Homelessness by providing advice and promoting Housing Options
- Interview clients threatened or already homeless and writing PHPs to help prevent/relief their homelessness
- Provide high standard housing advice and options in accordance with Council’s Housing strategy and homelessness legislation
It is preferred to have experience using Abritas Housing System but don’t worry if you don’t. If you have the experience and you are ready to hit the ground running this if for you!
