Are you local, immediate and ready for the office?

We have an exciting new vacancy for a Housing Options Officer to join one of our clients within Central England.

The great this about this role it is a hybrid positions. This means you can work in the comfort of your own home 3 days out of the working week.

This position is an initial 3 month contract with a high chance of an extension.

Experience required includes:

  • Experience making Personal Housing Plans
  • Comprehensive homeless knowledge, understanding of homeless legislation and case law used in preventing
    homelessness and making statutory decisions.
  • Homelessness Assessments
  • Making S.184 decisions
  • Prevention and Relief duty
  • Pathways and referrals to relevant services such as Social Services
