I'm currently working with a Local Authority based in South East of England that are looking for a Housing Options Officer. The role is offered on a minimum 3-month contract.
About the role:
- Providing support and advice to individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Assessing their needs, offering guidance on housing options available, and helping them to access appropriate services and support.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a relevant experience in Housing. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a good understanding of Housing and Homelessness legislation and policy.
