Will you be the one creating clear pathways for people who are threatened with homelessness?

A Local Authority in West Midlands is currently looking for a Housing Options Officer who can point people in the right direction when being 'threatened with homelessness' is daunting.

  • Do you have understanding of the full homelessness process?
  • Can manage a caseload of 50-60?
  • Do 2-3 days in the office?

This is a 3 months (initial) contract with potential extension. The Local Authority uses Jigsaw but experience is not essential for the role.
