I’m working with a council based in the East Midlands looking to bring in a Housing Options Officer to work full time on a temporary contract.

Some of the key duties for this role are:

  • Initial assessment to making s.184 decisions
  • s.21 Notices
  • PHP’s
  • Prevention of Homelessness (PHP)
  • Relief duties
  • Dealing with complex cases
Based on experience, this council is prepared to offer up to £29.00 per hour on an umbrella basis.
