Housing Officer

I'm working with a small housing association looking to bring on a housing officer at an entry level.

The organisation is East London based and are looking for someone bring energy and enthusiasm with a willingness to learn and develop their skills.

Day to day:

• Resident involvement/liaising with residents
• Supports/manage resident tenancies
• Low level aspects of ASB
• Managing sign ups

A minimum of 1 year experience is desired as well as a brief knowledge of current housing legislation.

As this role is low level, the organisation is keen to find someone with a passion to learn.
