Experienced Housing Administrator required to join an established Housing Provider in South East London. An understanding and background in Voids and Lettings is essential. Main purpose: To be the front line, first point of contact for residents and external organisations. To deliver high levels of customer service and housing management services whilst providing administrative support to the Neighbourhoods team.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the Neighbourhood team’s administration system and databases
- Administrative support - utilising IT software, minute taking, mail merges, filing, mail log, land registry enquiries
- Assist with the management of central shared document drive for electronic document storage
- Overseeing the Void processes
- To maintain and accurately update void reports and spreadsheets
- Co-ordinate allocations and voids for the housing team
- Prepare sign up packs
- Process emergency moves and management transfer
- Manage the end of tenancy processes, including returning credits to residents or Housing Benefit, archiving and filing
- Involvement in Reception (when cover is required)
This role offers flexible working, 2 days per week will be office based.
