Your next role

It’s time for the next step.
You’ve earned it.

Let’s talk Capital Projects…

If you’re looking to take the next step in your project management career, whilst being exposed to a unique portfolio, then look no further…

We’ve been looking for you!

Here’s your opportunity to make a difference in the Third Sector by using your hard-earned project management experience and in return, get more than just a monthly salary.

You’ll work from home and have a company car to help you get around.

A flexible 35-hour week and 25 days annual leave will help you regain that healthy work-life balance.

With a diverse portfolio of over 3000 properties including residential, offices, churches, social centres, shops and even farms, you’re guaranteed to break the monotony while running capital projects with a combined cost of £15 - £20 million per annum.

You will lead a team of 7 regional property project managers collaborating extensively with internal customers and external supply chain.

Whilst also supporting the development of business cases associated with new build projects and major refurbishments to time cost and quality measures and oversee their successful delivery.

Your empathic nature and effective communication skills will finally be put to good use too, as you will be maintaining strong and positive client relationships. As well as liaising with the Property team, Finance Dept, Procurement team and Divisional Leaders.

There’s never been a better time to join The Salvation Army as they are currently doubling the size of their property team.

What does that mean for you?

Being a key member of the leadership team, you will be working with the Assistant Director of Territorial Property, to help steer all major works bringing your project experience to the forefront but also showcasing your interpersonal skills.

And what’s more rewarding than being able to progress in your career while offering practical help to some of the most disadvantaged people in our communities?

If you would like to find out more about the perks and what your day to day would look like, apply now. Don’t worry too much if your CV is not up to date, send me what you have or find me on LinkedIn (Broghan Morning) and we can have a chat.

We would like to attract talent from all corners of the Property world for this role. Our commitment is to an equitable recruitment process so feel free to apply.
