From heritage buildings to state-of-the-art facilities, you'll face a variety of challenges. To assist, you'll have a dedicated in-house team ready to support you at every step.

As the Head of Facilities, you’ll lead development projects and oversee capital works, collaborating closely with department heads, the COO, and the board of Trustees. Excitingly, the School has several capital projects planned with a drive around sustainability and future proofing the estate. You’ll be at the forefront of these projects, guiding them to completion.

You’ll be a seasoned property expert capable of driving the shchools strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. From Estates Services to Health & Safety, Fire regulations, and more, you’ll manage it all.

The current Head of Facilities has served for over 5 years, providing a strong foundation for you to build upon. It’s your chance to take the lead and steer the School into its next phase.
