Head of Estates Development

Looking for a Kent based Chartered Surveyor to take that next step into a leadership role.

Working for a charity that needs no introduction, your role would be varied and rewarding whilst also giving back to those who need it most.

This really is an opportunity to break into an all encompassing Real Estate role. From leading on development opportunities to commercial asset management, no two days will be the same. The Head of Estates Development will help to deliver the charities goals for the future.

Looking for an individual from either a public or private sector, with hands on Landlord and Tenant experience, including lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals.

It would be a great experience to work for a company who prides itself on its ethos of giving back, who excel at putting that back into their staff in return. A lovely office environment where everyone creates great synergy within their work.

A salary of up to £80,000 is on offer dependant on experience.
