Tupe experience along with grievances/payroll/salary reviews are to name a few of the key operational pieces that will be key to succeed in this post.
They have a good HR team behind them already all working in harmony, but looking for a Manager that can help give direction where direction is needed and help the company continue being one of the leaders in their field.
With an experienced HR team, you will need to have the necessary qualifications behind you, so show you have the experience that is required.
