Lead an iconic building in the heart of one
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of a residential Estate as the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the property and delivering exceptional customer service to the residents.
Responsibilities:
1. Property Operations: Manage day-to-day operations and functions of the residential property, including maintenance, repairs, and improvements. Ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment for all residents.
2. Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise property staff, including leasing agents and maintenance personnel. Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging collaboration and professional development among team members.
3. Budgetary Oversight: Develop and manage property budgets, including expenses, income, and capital improvements. Monitor financial performance and implement measures to optimize profitability and reduce costs.
4. Resident Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Foster positive relationships with residents through effective communication and timely resolution of problems.
5. Leasing and Marketing: Collaborate with the leasing teams to attract and retain residents. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the property and maintain high occupancy rates.
6. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure property compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws, safety standards, and occupancy restrictions. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal updates.
7. Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with external contractors and vendors, ensuring quality service delivery, competitive pricing, and adherence to contractual obligations.
8. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including lease agreements, financial reports, maintenance requests, and resident communications. Generate regular reports on property performance for the management team.
