I am working with a Housing Association based in Kent who are looking for a Garage Coordinator to work within their team, 2 days in office 3 days at home.
As a Garage Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- To deal with all aspects of the tenanted garage management including lettings, terminations and serving notice to quit as required.
- Liaise with tenants and contractors and place orders for day to day maintenance work and repairs on garages
- Inspect work and approve invoices for payment.
- To deal with the grant of new garage tenancies and the termination of old tenancies.
- To deal with callers to the office with property queries, telephone enquiries, correspondence and maintaining the garage waiting lists
Experience required:
- Experience in providing administrative support
- Previous experience in a Housing Setting
Pay Rate £16 LTD per hour
12 month initial contract with scope to make permanent
