A Housing Association in West London are looking for a Financial Inclusion Officer to join their team for a long-term contract. The position is initially for a 6-month period with a view to extend.
The role will involve you being the first point of contact for residents looking advice and assistance in regards to welfare benefits and debt advice. You'll need previous experience dealing with Universal Credit, housing benefits and a general knowledge of welfare issues.
The role offers flexibility with a hybrid working approach offering the ability to work from home as well as days in the office and visiting tenants in the surrounding areas.
Customer service skills are essential as you will be the first point of contact for residents visiting the Housing Association. Up-to-date legislation knowledge is also key as benefits are ever-changing. If you're looking for a job that keeps things interesting, with no two days ever being the same.
