Finance Director

Our Lady Immaculate Catholic Academies Trust (OLICAT) has been growing.

They are a Multi Academy Trust recently formed by the merger of three academy trusts. They currently oversee 10 primary schools and 2 secondary schools, with plans for further expansion.

This is where you come in.

The Trust has plans to continue growing and is currently assessing its next direction. As the Trust grows, so will your role.

As a part of the Trust's central team, you will work directly with the Board and CEO, providing strategic financial advice on all financial matters to ensure financial sustainability, effective financial reporting compliance, and regulatory responsibilities.

You will also provide strategic advice to support the growth strategy and ensure that each of the current schools can excel. To assist you in this role, you will lead a finance team of 5. Given the seniority of the position, you must be a fully qualified accountant.
