Facilities Management Manager

If you are an expert in Facilities Management and someone that likes to start from the beginning and make something your own, this could be position you have been looking out for.

This is a brand-new role that has been created by a council in North Oxfordshire, with a recent restructure, this is an exciting time to join the team.

With it being a new position, gives you the chance to really make a difference and make improvements to the efficiency of the operation delivery and really make an impact in what you do.

With most facilities Manager positions this post will offer variety, where no one day is the same, covering all aspects of soft services as well as some hard with excellent knowledge to health and safety, along with good communication and negotiation skills.

You will be well organised and able to problem solve effectively. An understanding of financial and budget management will be essential to ensure you receive excellent value for money.

As well as this, you will be the Energy champion, so keeping up with environmentally advantageous products will also be key.
