Service charge specialist

I am looking for an Estates Surveyor based in the Northwest.

A council in the area need someone to do rent reviews, leases, lettings and service charges.

The service charges will be a key part of the role.

You will be put on a 6-month contract to start, with a very good chance of being extended.

The pay is £45 per hour (inside IR35).

Office presence is x2 times a week, maybe scaling down to one once things kick off.
