Environmental Enforcement Officer
What’s in it for you:
· 35 hours per week
· £22 to £30 per hour (£54,00 per annum)
· A council based in Hertfordshire
· A 6 month initial contract with the likelihood of extension
· This council take a flexible hybrid working approach (2 days at home)
Expectations of your role:
Working as part of the environmental services team, you will be responsible for investigating fly-tipping, abandoned vehicles, and environmental crime in your patch. This will require you to conduct a manual investigation on-site, identify responsible parties, and see investigations through to issuing a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN).
