Could you be the missing piece to the puzzle?
I’ve joint forces with a Housing association based in London, who are looking for an experienced Maintenance Surveyor.
What you will do:
- Respond to failed, ineffective or damaged assets when a fault has been identified.
- To carry out pre-inspection of repairs to tenanted and void properties within defined timescales, set targets, schedule repairs and raise orders
- Help catch up with the backlog of Disrepair within residential properties
But you already know all this!
