I’ve joint forces with a Housing association based in London, who are looking for an experienced Maintenance Surveyor.

What you will do:

• Respond to failed, ineffective or damaged assets when a fault has been identified.
• To carry out pre-inspection of repairs to tenanted and void properties within defined timescales, set targets, schedule repairs and raise orders
• Help catch up with the backlog of Disrepair within residential properties

But you already know all this!
