Development Manager - Property Trust

Oyster Partnership are working with a Real Estate Fund Manager looking to add a Development Manager to their team in London.

The fund consists of a diverse portfolio across all sectors. Uncorrelated assets provide an effective risk mitigation strategy, especially in an uncertain market. The fund consists of an active portfolio comprising of new developments and reconfigurations/refurbishments of existing core assets

Your role will comprise of everything from acquisition to planning,

This role would suit an ambitious Development Manager or Surveyor looking for a client-side move. Experience across multiple sectors would be advantageous.

In return you will receive a salary up to £100,000 + annual bonus.
