I’m working with an exciting developer who having burst onto the scene in recent years are looking to grow their team once more with an opportunity for a Development Manager.

Best known for their presence and experience in BTR, this entrepreneurial business is expanding with a strong pipeline of schemes and plenty of funding behind them, all they now need is a bright spark with some great experience and a passion for what they do to join them.

This role will include working across all stages of the development cycle on residential lead schemes predominantly across London and the home counties.

If you are a Development Manager with experience in PBSA, Hotels or BTR then I would love to hear from you. Planning & Architectures backgrounds will be looked upon favourably.
