Development Manager

This is a rare opportunity for a Development Manager to join a well known, exceptionally experienced group at a moment of real momentum and strategic growth.

The successful individual will work across the full range of living sectors - BTR, PBSA, co-living, regeneration, and major residential masterplans. Current and upcoming projects span 150-unit schemes through to large scale allocations of up to 5,000 homes with a focus on the South of England.

You’ll be involved at every key stage - from pre-planning to RIBA Stage 4 - driving forward schemes and coordinating the technical and infrastructure requirements that support them. There is also potential exposure to industrial projects as the business broadens its footprint.

This team operates at a high level but stays hands-on, and they value individuals who can match that approach: commercially sharp, delivery-focused, and willing to take on both major responsibilities and practical tasks when required.
