Housing Construction Manager

When it comes to development, can you do it all?

I am currently looking for a Development Consultant to join an organisation in the Home Counties.

You will be tasked with managing the build of 15 new family homes on a greenfield site, meaning more families can have somewhere to call home.

The site has been acquired, the planners have given permission, and the next step is to get started on the groundworks.

This is where you come in. All that is really required is knowledge of residential development and demonstrable experience in running that process through to completion.

The office is easily accessible by car and rail, and the sites are not far from the office either.

So, if you want to go old-school, to be a lone ranger, call me.
