Your next role

It’s time for the next step.
You’ve earned it.

A new film or an old film? That is always the question…

An old film, maybe you know it word for word, but is it just a bit… boring?

A new film, well, now that’s exciting, nerve-wracking for sure (maybe you won’t like it), but it can become the new favourite overnight.

Well, a new job could be exactly same, nerve-wracking, but ultimately better than the last.

Becoming Brunel University’s newest Deputy Director of Estates Assurance would definitely be the captivating choice.

What would make it so appealing is the next logical question.

Well, you will be managing the delivery of the planned Building & Engineering Compliance programme in the University. You’ll also be helping to develop, implement & manage effective planned & long-term maintenance programmes.

All things legionella, ventilation, asbestos, F-gas, fire (you know the rest of the list) will fall to you.

You will be working closely with other members of the Campus Services team & be responsible for wider stakeholder liaisons. You’ll also be managing the Assurance Managers and advising them on workload, prioritises and circumstances.

All policies and procedures related to the Compliance of the University Buildings will be your responsibility as well as looking at stock condition works.

What about you?

Well as this role is so compliance heavy, you will need to be a Chartered Engineer to be considered.

You will be rewarded for your hard work however…

Brunel pride themselves on their benefits package. Their USS pension is unrivalled, you’ll have more money in your pension in 1 month than a whole year at your current role.

Also, annual leave, think of what you could do in 30 days…

now add 3 Closure days at Christmas & 3 at Easter…

& Finally add the 8 bank holiday days.

44 days holiday!

I bet you don’t get that time off where you are now.

There is more, but I don’t want to ruin all the surprises at once.

To hear more please apply below or look me up on Linkedin (Bekah Pauley). I appreciate your CV might not be up to date so send me what you have, and we can discuss further.
