A Local Authority are looking to recruit experienced, enthusiastic, and hardworking Debt Recovery Officer.

About this role:
The successful Debt Recovery Officer will be responsible for the collection of former tenant’s debt on the rent accounts, for the collection of disrepair debts from tenants once it has been investigated, presenting reports to write off former tenant debts representing the Council.

This role also includes:

  • 100% homeworking
  • Flexible working hours

What they need from you:

  • Previous experience working in a Local Authority
  • Experience using the Civica Open Revenues system.
