I am working with a Housing Association in Botchergate, Carlisle who are seeking Customer Service Advisors to work in their busy contact centre. The contract will be 3 Months Initial (temporary to permanent position).

As a Customer Service Advisor your role will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for residents
  • Dealing with general enquiries, repairs, complaints, emergencies, etc.
  • Taking high-volumes of inbound calls.
  • Providing an excellent service to customers by maximising effort to resolve their enquiries efficiently and with effectiveness.

Start date: Feb 13th
