I am working with a local authority in Oldbury seeking to hire a Customer Service Advisor to work in their service hub. The contract will be 3 months (With likelihood of extension!) on a 35 hour per week with pay rate being £14-16 per hour (LTD).
As a customer service advisor, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for customers calling with enquiries for the council
- To provide an excellent service to customers by maximising effort to resolve their enquiries efficiently and with effectiveness
- Also deal with all enquiries that are either phoned in, emailed, or put on through the website by customers.
