Previous Housing experience is essential within this role.
Contract: Temporary, with likelihood of permanency
Working pattern: Hybrid, both office based and opportunity to work from home
Roles and responsibilities within this role include:
- Dealing with high volumes of inbound calls and emails
- Diagnosing repairs
- Raising and requesting repairs
- Taking rent payments
- Providing professional housing advice
- Recording initial complaints and resolving (when possible)
As stated above this is an initial temporary position for 3-6 months and previous experience is Housing is needed to be considered.
