I am currently working with a local authority based in Berkshire which is looking for a Customer Service Advisor.

The main responsibilities you will have as a Customer Service Advisor are as follows:

  • Taking incoming calls
  • General admin task
  • Logging calls onto the database
  • Working within the customer service team

The main experiences and skills which are desirable are as follows:

  • Administrative experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Working within a Local Authority setting

This role is a three-month temporary position that will most likely be extended, paying between £15-£17 LTD per hour.
