Credit Control Supervisor

This role serves as the main point of contact for tenants and stakeholders on credit matters, fostering strong relationships. Responsibilities also encompass overseeing overdue accounts, issuing reminders, initiating collections, and negotiating payment plans.

Collaboration with property managers to resolve disputes and mitigate financial risk is essential. Additionally, the role involves preparing credit trend reports and cash flow projections for senior management, as well as mentoring the credit control team to promote a collaborative culture. You will be managing a team so strong communication skills is necessary.
