Experienced Officer is needed!
A remote working position within a Local Authority as arisen. There is an opportunity to work along side a large team and assist with back-office work.
Within this role there isn’t any traveling needed as it is entirely remote working and the equipment is couriered to your home.
About this role
- You will be dealing recovery of Council Tax.
- You will need to amend records promptly on becoming aware of any changes to liability.
- This role includes processing applications for discounts, exemptions, void allowances, and reliefs.
- Minimal phone work.
About you:
- Knowledge on navigating the Northgate system.
- You will need previous experience working within a Local Authority.
- Previous experience working within Revenues Recovery
