Council Tax Recovery & Billing Officer

A Local authority I am working with is looking for a Council Tax Recovery Officer to join the team immediately. This contract offers you the option to work from the comfort of your own home and gives you the flexibility to cover your hours whenever you like. It may be that you are always occupied during the day however this role allows you to fit in the hours in the evenings or weekends, whatever is your preference!

A bit more about the role :

• You will be recovering Council Tax as well as applying discounts and exemptions.
• Paid overtime available with this role as well as ultimate flexibility
• This role is entirely back office with little to none live customer contact.

What do you need?

• Previous experience in Revenues within a Local Authority.
• Previous experience working on Academy
• Previous aspects of determining liability and performing recovery.
