Are you experienced using the Civica System and currently looking for a flexible position?
You are? Then you probably wondering what’s involved. I am currently working with a well-established Local Authority based in the West Midlands.
The role will run for 2 months but is open to the possibility of extension. You will be saving on travel as this position is entirely remote working. You will be working 37 hours a week with flexibility to accommodate your needs.
What will you do?
- You will be amending records.
- Requesting payment, including Direct Debit.
- Dealing promptly and efficiently with Council Tax customers.
- Deal with the billing, collection, and recovery of Council Tax.
What do you need?
- Previous experience in revenues within a Local Authority
- Previous experience working on Civica
